Energean has awarded a contract to Red Rock for delivery of two 10T Davits for the FPSO intended for the The Karish Development project. The Davits will be manufactured and tested at Red Rock’s production facility and delivered to Sembcorp’s Admiralty Yard in Singapore.

The hull of Energean Oil and Gas’ Energean Power FPSO has been built at the COSCO Shipyard in China. After finishing the construction works the hull will sail to Singapore for outfitting of topside equipment.

The Energean FPSO will sail from Singapore late 2020 and will be installed offshore Israel. It will be able to store 800.000 barrels of liquids and have the capability to handle 8 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
